FREE! 5:30 PM
at the
Boulder History Museum

As part of the community engagement campaign associated with Ken Burns' current PBS documentary, THE WAR, The Boulder History Museum is hosting
War Stories: Medical Edition.

Special guest, Dr. Ed Kinzer will recount the war stories of three fellow CU Medical School graduates. Drs. Vic Anderson, Sid DeBriere and Jack Comstock who served as Army doctors during WW II and were all involved in the Bataan Death March.

Dr. Kinzer will share excerpts from Dr. Jack Comstock's personal diary. It is the only known diary to have survived without detection in a World War II prison camp.

Don't Miss the Museum's WW II Tribute Display!
Currently on display in the Museum's Foyer are the uniforms and stories of three of Boulder 's own men and women who served in WWII. Highlighted are Lloyd Stanley Hubbard, Elizabeth Barnes Lipstreau and Durland L. Skinner.
