Women's special relationship with their pocketbooks is examined in this colorful exhibit of diverse, thoughtful and creative handbags. Over 50 handbags from varied points in history and culture are displayed.

Your students will complete a Storymakers exhibit scavenger hunt and guided tour followed by a hands-on program in the 3rd floor classroom. Students will explore life in early Boulder through experiences with authentic artifacts and other primary source materials of the time.

Let's get outside and explore the history all around us! Your students will search local historic neighborhoods and monuments for clues from the past. Using authentic, historic materials as our guide, together we will connect to Boulder's unique history during these interactive, fun tours.

Let Banjo Billy Bus Tours take your students on a fun ride through Boulder's history! Your students will travel Boulder's fabled avenues and shady lanes with Banjo Billy, followed by a guided tour of the Boulder History Museum's Storymakers exhibit.
The bus can pick up a maximum of 28 students and chaperons at one time at your school and provide round trip transportation. (2.5 Hours)

Snoopy and the whole Peanuts gang are featured in this art print and interactive exhibition. Starting in 1965 and lasting well into the 1990s, Charles Shultz created the imaginary adventures of Snoopy the World War I Flying Ace in his widely read comic strips. This exhibition features 40 prints of the original comic strips as well as biographical photos of Charles Schultz. Visitors are encouraged to interact with the comics of Charles Schultz through reading and art making.
